Before you pay
- What is a credit?
- Credits are what generating a video costs. Longer episodes and more generated footage use more of them. Every paid plan refreshes its credits at the start of each billing month.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. The trial is free once per account and gives you 30 credits with episodes up to 5 minutes, so you can see a finished video before paying anything.
- Can I cancel at any time?
- Yes. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the paid term you are already in, and you keep access until then. Purchases are non-refundable, so cancel before your next renewal.
- What happens if I run out of credits?
- Generation pauses until your credits refresh at the start of the next billing month, or until you move to a larger plan. Nothing you have already made is affected.
- Do I own the videos I make?
- Yes. You keep all rights and ownership in the audio you upload and the video Podeo produces from it. The details are in our terms of service.
